Recuperar los contactos de la Agenda MAC
En este caso, después de un desgraciado incidente con el MAcBook, del cual teniamos una imágen del disco del sistema, nos gustaría recuperar los contacto de la Agenda.
La operación es sencilla, y nada traumática, copiamos desde la imágen la carpeta original donde tenemos todos los contactos «Usuarios->USUARIO->Libreria->Application Suport->AddressBook», y la pegamos en la carpeta actual, que se encuentra en la misma dirección pero en el disco del sistema donde se encuentra la carpeta de usuario en la dirección, es decir «USUARIO->Libreria->Application_Suport->AddressBook».
Hay que tener cierta precaución, porque es posible que perdamos los contactos que tenemos en la agenda actual, insertando los que teniamos en la antigua, por lo que se recomienda que la nueva Agenda se encuentre vacia, o con los mínimos contactos (Usuario y Apple).
Es posible que se puedan recuperar dichos contactos si anteriormente hemos realizado alguna copia de seguridad de la agenda, pero hay ocaciones en las que no tenemos más que una imagen antigua del disco de sistema/usuario

Pues increíble, gracias primo, he cambiado de disco duro, de un Seagate 160 GB 8 MB, a un WD 1TB 32 MB, pero se me olvido hacer copias de seguridad de la agenda,instale el disco duro antiguo en una carcaza externa y pude extraer los contactos siguiendo este tutorial.

Hola, se me han borrado los contactos de la agenda y quiero, si se puede, recuperarlos. Ahora mismo mi agenda está con la mitad de los contactos, que son los que he podido recuperar de la tarjeta sim. He seguido los pasos que indicais pero no se donde pegar exactamente esa carpeta. lo logre hacer.. pero.. en el disco antiguo (de donde necesitaba sacar el respaldo… estaba con LION.. y me ocultaba la carpeta «Libray») y el sistema Lion oculta también la carpeta «library» en tu compu…
en el caso que alguien quiera mostrar al carpeta library de su computador basta con ir a al menú ir del Finder y apretar la tecla «option» y para ver la carpeta library
y para ver la carpeta oculta de un disco externo que tenga instalado Lion pueden ir a «ir a carpeta» en el menú «ir» del finder y escribir la ruta -> /Volumes/»nombre del disco externo»/users/»nombre del usuario»/library
